Give Kids A SmileChildren's Health FairEach year the Multnomah Dental Society sponsors the Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) Campaign as well as the Children's Fair (CHF) to promote health in children and to provide urgent dental care to low-income children in Multnomah County. As you know, Give Kids a Smile is part of the American Dental Association’s nationwide program. The objective of the Give Kids a Smile is to mobilize the nation's dentists during the month of February (National Children's Dental Health Month) to provide free oral health care services to thousands of low-income children. Locally, MDS will help several hundred children during the month of February with our GKAS and CHF events scheduled throughout Multnomah County on several different days. Please consider volunteering at one of these events as it is such an important service and we can do it without the support of volunteers.
